The assignment was to take photos of landmarks around Kabul for a comparison to archived images, showing the growth and development that has taken place in the last 15 years.<\/p>\n
I got to see a whole lot of Kabul, which also put in perspective how large the city is and how close the bases we have to fly to are. RSHQ, New Kabul Compound and HKIA are all within a 5 mile radius.<\/p>\n
